I’ll start with the positives! The staff great! The speed of service awesome! The sides (Fries and Mac and Cheese) … very good!Why only 3 stars?We ordered the pulled pork and beef brisket sandwiches. This is why you come …. Smoky … Melt in the mouth meat … right? Honestly the smoke was minimal, the pulled pork ‘wet’ (like it had come out of a crock pot). My company ordered lunch take out for 20 people today. Many of us had never eaten from here but heard good things. First of all, the way way the food was packaged was impressive. The quality of the food was amazing. And the taste of everything was delicious. I can’t wait to go back on my own time. I also want to compliment all of workers that I encountered. I recall the names Jessica and John, but there were others who greeted me and helped me to my car. The staff here may quite possibly be the friendliest group of people working in food service.
Great, monthly Black Plate Specials Family friendly. Food made fresh. Military honored and welcome. Delicious food.
The customer service is the bomb!!! The food was even better Lol!! 1st time visitor and can't wait to return. I love how the 6 sauces are right on table for you to sample. I love their mission!! You gtta get the brisket and mac!!
The chicken was tender and tasteful. it didn't even need one of the amazing sauces. the salate was great. the icy was excellent. our order was ready before we even finished the payment we could not believe. the manager was very friendly.
