The dining experience at this restaurant is just average. The staff seem to be disorganized and don't prioritize orders efficiently. It can take quite a long time for them to bring out even simple things like water and food. I had a pleasant surprise while searching for lunch at the huge Kop Mall. The restaurant was quiet, clean, and beautiful, with excellent staff. I enjoyed a large ice cream (a bonus for me) and a delicious meal of bolognese with chicken meatballs and mildly spicy sausage. The food was excellent! The staff was very attentive and proactive.
