Griffin Quay is easily the best employee at the establishment. He is incredibly friendly and made my experience truly enjoyable. Even when things were hectic, he ensured that everyone was taken care of. His kindness really stood out, and it was clear that he loves what he does. It’s no wonder he receives accolades every quarter. I hope this recognition gives him the boost he deserves because he truly runs the show! H... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ebar:
I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff behind the counter seemed lacking in enthusiasm, which was disheartening. I initially thought this would be a family-friendly environment, but I was mistaken. Each visit felt like an unpleasant surprise. I was frustrated, especially during my last visit when I felt ignored and unvalued as a customer. The overall attitude of the staff left much to... View all feedback.
The ultimate hidden gem at this mall. Inside Nordstrom, top level. Been a couple times, so relaxing and surprisingly tasty. Plus can get a glass of wine or beer. After shopping and you need a break, stop in and order at register, then a server brings to the table that you choose. Tons of choices. I've only been in evenings so generally wide open. I had salmon Niçoise salad this time. Herb roasted salmon on fresh salad with roasted potatoes and hard boiled eggs. Perfect. Varied menu took some pics. Reasonable prices. Plus specials of day, dessert menu I didn't get to photo because I didn't want to be tempted. I don't understand A. Why it's so undervisited and B. Why it wasn't on yelp sooner. Closes at 8 pm. Oops just saw that there is a post for Marketplace Cafe, it's previous name. But it's Cafe Nordstrom now.
I'm willing to bet that there has been a change in management.Long ago (2016-2017) this Starbucks (Near L&T) was ran really well! Long lines were handled quickly and smoothly, I saw the same baristas all the time and the baristas were creative(I can't get certain drinks I love because these new baristas couldn't imagine making a Caramel Brulée cold, think milkshake consistency )Whomever working here now is very uninspired and the store looks like it lacks staff.I visited this location 2 mornings ago, with a pretty empty store it took 8 minutes to get a Venti Passion iced tea lemonade! I opened my store almost 2 minutes late They were knocking out the mobile orders, but what about the customers in store?Would you answer the phone and chat with a client for 8 minutes when there's one at the register with 50 things ready to purchase? No! Retail 101I just left this location 30 minutes ago after waiting in line for 5 minutes with 1 water in my hand. The 2 guys working clearly can't multitask, there was a group of foreigners in front of me taking forever. 1 of them could've easily rang me up, sent me On my way!, made a drink, rang the other 2 customers behind me, made their drinks and MADE THE MOBILE ORDERS LAST cause the store wasn't busy AND the average mobile order in the mall sits for at least 3-5 minutes (huge mall, long walk)I've had a long day... I'm done with SBUX for now
So.... I waited to visit this location a couple of times before writing this review. I visited Saturday 9.14.19, Sunday 9.15.19 and today 9.16.19. I read the reviews about how slow the store runs, how long the lines were, etc. I love Starbucks and sometimes I feel that Yelpers give negative or bad reviews just because they have nothing better to do. (Most Yelpers who give bad reviews have lots of negative reviews on their page)My first visit to this location was Saturday September 14, 2019. It was around 4pm and the store was crowded. There were at least SIX baristas behind the counter, but it just didn 't seem like they were moving fast enough to accommodate the crowd of people wanting their Starbucks fix. This visit, I purchased: a Treinta Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade, a Tall Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino and two Protein Boxes (PB&J on Wheat|Smoked Turkey). The barista prepared my tea as a Tall as opposed to a Treinta. It was horrible and I waited for such a long time, I thought I was going to miss my bus to work.My second visit was Sunday September 15, 2019. After Saturday 's visit, I was in and out simply because I didn 't purchase a drink. There was still a crowd of people to wade through. My third visit today was in the morning before the mall even opened. I was one of two customers in the store. The barista looked as if he was tired and really didn 't want to be there. I purchased two Cheese Danishes and a Tall Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade. It took FOREVER!!! I actually missed my bus to go home.It seems like there is no set time of day that will get in|out quickly (even if your purchase isn 't complicated). You may want to visit this location if you are strolling around the mall and have the time and patience. Also apparently this location is in the hiring process for a new store manager. Maybe they need someone to whip the employees into shape, elevate morale and create better customer service.
Asked for egg cheese sandwich. Not possible. Head to Dunkin Donuts in the food court.
This is one of my favorite cafes. It's placed very conveniently in the mall and has a pretty large seating area. It's a great spot to grab a drink or quick bite while shopping. They have a great selection of pastries and their tropical green tea smoothie is my favorite! Their coffee is also very good!
