But I will not be going back there due to h... read more I really like their drinks and appreciate that they have coconut milk as it is the only milk alternative I can have. But I will not be going back there due to horrible customer service. Every time I go, I am not greeted until I am the customer being served. My presence isn’t acknowledged until it’s my turn and I’ve been corrected for asking questions while they are making someone else’s drinks.Today was the last straw though. The server left the register screen facing me when she left to make the drinks from the previous order. There were two people working the counter, so I thought they wanted me to place my order. Neither person said anything to me as I ordered and paid. I stepped away to wait. When I came back, they corrected me for using their touch screen and never acknowledged their mistake. This place is horrible!
