Despite being the only customers inside the restaurant, it took over 30 minutes to receive two combo meals. When I asked the staff how much longer it would take, they admitted they forgot to add the chicken and offered me a refund or the option to wait. However, I later received a call from this Bojangles location. Samuel handled the situation very professionally and provided excellent customer service. The menu offers great options, but the service during my visit was disappointing at first.

We waited in the drive-thru line but made no progress, and after two cars ahead of us left, we grew frustrated. After some time, we gave up and saw that the restaurant was empty as we drove by. Disappointed by the lack of service, we decided to look for food elsewhere near the university. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The prices are fair considering the quality of the meals. This is definitely one of the top restaurants in the area, and you can always count on the food being consistently good.

After waiting in line, we placed our order. The chicken biscuit and steak biscuit we ordered for lunch were very tasty. The bo biscuit had a distinctive look, resembling a turnover rather than a classic biscuit. Although we didn't try them this time, I've heard they’re quite good. We also ordered a sweet tea, which was more than satisfactory. Overall, we had a nice experience sampling the biscuits at noon.
