Arctic Circle - KIMBERLY

Spent $33 again and it was a total waste of money! Burgers were burned and SO DRY couldn't eat them. Together so sloppy, dry, no sauce and even cheese was burned. Buns were also rough. The same was the last time we went there. Staff are too busy to play around and talk as paying attention to customers and they are rude. I'm sorry to interrupt you while you should work! When you call and complain, they just say they bring all the food back. It's hard if you get it up in the drive and get off the road, I can't get it back if I'm already on the highway.

The food was delicious (hooks of fish and chips) and was cooked quickly. The staff is super friendly and seems to care for the best customer care.

Blake, you need trusted adult supervision when you solidify in Kimberly idaho. The children you hired for your night shift are rude and in a hurry to play with their friends sitting at tables in the dining room. They don't care about your customer base or their jobs. I never send a bad complaint, everyone has their off-days, but if I give your facility a chance, hopefully better to do maybe every 3 months because of bad service and I'm pretty close) unfortunately it's always the same.... but good. I've been in this kind of business for years. Your employees need to know they wouldn't have a paycheck without the customers.

So we're very sad. This place has only become a place for the rich. Almost $8.00 for a milkshake. The prices are exaggerated. We can't come with this greedy take principle attack, so we never go back.

Asked what was in a wrap she said Tomatoes were not in them, a guy got on said something else and said it does have them so we ordered no tomatoes. Well... guess what was thinly sliced and caused a rash all over my face and all over in my wrap? I had 2 bites, they were hidden at first, but the second bite had them, I spit it in the napkin, thank you for having those in there. Ya, with all the money that cost that was totally not worth it especially later when my face was all itchy.
