Well... gues... read more Asked what was in a wrap she said Tomatoes were not in them, a guy got on said something else and said it does have them so we ordered no tomatoes. Well... guess what was thinly sliced and caused a rash all over my face and all over in my wrap? I had 2bites, they were hidden at first, but the second bite had them, I spit it in the napkin, thank you for having those in there.Ya, with all the money that cost that was totally not worth it especially later when my face was all itchy.

They were thrown together sloppily, lacking sauce, and even the cheese was burnt. The buns were unappetizing as well. This same issue has occurred the last few times I've visited. The staff seem more interested in socializing and goofing off than in attending to customers, and their demeanor comes across as rude. Sorry to interrupt your fun while you're supposed to be working! When I called to complain, they simply told me to bring the food back. That's not feasible when I get it at the drive-thru and am already on the freeway.

Unfortunately, the staff you’ve hired for the night shift comes across as rude and seem more eager to return to their friends sitting at tables in the dining room than to serve customers. They appear indifferent to the needs of your patrons and their responsibilities. I typically avoid writing negative reviews; I understand that everyone has off days. However, I’ve given your restaurant another chance every few months in hopes of improvement, but sadly, it’s always the same experience. I’ve worked in this industry for many years, and it's important for your employees to remember that without customers, there would be no paychecks for them.
