The cafe has a fairly standard cafe vibe on the inside with local artists work work posted on the walls and friendly seating within. The cafe also provides several small patio tables out front which are beautiful on a sunny summer day. Overall the environment at Bean Tree is what you'd expect of a small local coffee shop. 2.5/5Service: The Bean Tree Cafe features a friendly staff that are always a pleasure to interact with. They are knowledgeable about their product and willing to answer any questions a customer may have. 3/5Presentation: Food presentation at the cafe are fairly similar to what one would expect from a coffee shop. The food is presented on clean white plates with minimal effort put into making it look fancier than it is. Coffee to go is served in standard white paper cups and coffee to stay is served in different coloured mugs making you feel right at home. Overall as stated above the presentation is what you'd expect. 2.5/5Price Point: Food and beverage at the cafe, like the environment and presentation, are very compareble to what you'd expect from a cafe. 2.5/5Quality: The food from the cafe is once again what you'd expect. Don't expect anything to special but it's good for a quick bite on the go. Beverages from the cafe are fairly decent, although nothing special. 2/5Overall The Bean Tree Cafe is a comfortable and friendly little spot to fulfill your daily caffeine needs. It is definitely one of the top cafe's in town although don't expect anything to special when it comes to food quality and taste. In conclusion the cafe is very compareble to any other cafe you've ever been to.3/5

Unbeknownst to us, It was a few minutes before closing time - 5:00 pm at the Bean Tree; however, we were welcomed and “of course we weren’t too late”, said the barista – a nice welcome. Our one peanut butter and marshmallow square to be shared, became a gift of two - another nice touch to the end of the day. Thank you and I hope you have a great summer.

Although there is a ramp at... read more The food at this restaurant is always excellent, with a great selection of drinks available. My service dog is always welcomed here. Although there is a ramp at the front entrance, the door can be tricky to navigate. However, the friendly locals in Kimberley are always willing to lend a helping hand.
