Fantastic pub...great staff, menu and atmosphere....highly recommend!!!

We are moveing to the village and thought we'd go into the local pub and check it out . The food was great top class and the pub was great and the people in it even better so friendly and helpful .. we would advise anyone who's going passed or staying local to try it out

Absolutely the best frying dinner we had in a long time and recommend the tolberone cheesecake x also the personal are beautiful we will definitely recommend and go back x

First lunch at The Hood after several evening meals and it was lovely. The lunch menu has a good range of choices whilst retaining the delicious starters and desserts we are used to from the evening menu. The pub owners and staff are really friendly and the food is fab.

Perfect location. Quaint interior. Top quality food and service. Beautiful rooms. Fantastic and welcoming hosts. Wonderful large beer garden. Highly recommend. Great for couples or families.
