My family love the Welbeck Fish and Chip Shop. Always first class food. Always hot and they always read the wee notes on Just eat. This was proved fact today when I asked kindly for salt and vinegar and also mentioned for a for a laugh that it's my birthday today. Well I smiled so much when they not only delivered our food but also gifted me with a birthday card from all the staff. This was actually such a lovely gesture and it really made me laugh and smile. So thank you. If you've never tried their food then you really should. Best in Kilmarnock. Xxx

For a local chippy in Kilmarnock you can't fault it. Fish cooked fresh which makes a huge difference.

The portions were generous, and the food was truly delicious. I ordered the special fish, which was particularly exquisite. I would love to return to this restaurant.
