Subway - Killen
Subway
Description
Dining at the restaurant was a mixed experience, marked by delicious food overshadowed by frustrating policy restrictions. Customers expressed disappointment over the inability to use multiple coupons, leading to a feeling of missed opportunity. Service challenges were also noted, with long wait times resulting in unsatisfactory meals, such as cold, rubbery chicken subs. Additionally, technical issues with the rewards app further complicated the ordering process, forcing some patrons to leave empty-handed. Overall, while the culinary offerings hold potential, operational inefficiencies and rigid policies significantly detracted from the dining experience.

Feedback
I recently visited Subway for lunch and ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately, they wouldn't accept a valid coupon I had, so I decided not to pay for the meal. It was disappointing to see such a lack of honesty and integrity from Subway.
The app consistently indicates that the store is closed, making it impossible to use any coupon codes, as they lack a scanner to read them from my phone. If they’re going to offer coupons, they should have a solution for their malfunctioning equipment. The Elgin store is far better, and I will avoid this one whenever possible.
I dislike leaving negative reviews, but the last few visits to Subway have been disappointing because the bread wasn’t fresh at all. It was stale and tough to eat. The staff are friendly, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet freshness standards. I hope the managers see these reviews and ensure that employees discard any day-old bread and bake fresh daily, in line with their “eat fresh” motto.
The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing - the staff were rude, disrespectful, and quite unkind.
