I ordered a simple burger and fries, while my wife ordered a small pizza. They brought the wrong toppings on her pizza. My fries arrived uncooked, so I sent them back. Staff was very empathetic and took the whole plate back to the kitchen. When my burger and fries came back, fries were visually burned and definitely to the taste. While waiting to alert staff, I ate the burger which was room temp, but the bun was hot, leading me to believe that they set it under a heat lamp while my new order of fries were prepared. When it arrived, the fries looked perfect. I even added ketchup to the plate. But one bite and I could immediately tell they were again raw on the inside, although hot to the touch. Since the wait staff was now ignoring our table like the plague, I had to approach my waitress and asked her if she could just try the fries and that they were again, uncooked. She loudly said I was completely unreasonable in the middle of the dining room and stormed off to the kitchen and disappeared. My wife's replacement pizza turned out great. She said it was very good. Although the manager removed my meal completely off our bill, which was fair, no apologies for the waitresses rude outburst was given. I will never step foot in that store again for any reason.
