However, I recently had a problem with my chicken burger, which came with a burnt chicken patty. While they were willing to replace it, I noticed that another patron also received a burnt patty. It seemed like the staff were more focused on chatting among themselves than on providing good service. I'm sorry to express this, but it really is unacceptable.

The new staff members, who are quite young, need to pay more attention and listen carefully. This place used to be a great spot for locals and friends, but it seems to have changed.
