We... read more The Falls is a nice restaurant located within a wonderful hotel. However, we felt that booking a table in advance shouldn't be required at a place like this. We hoped to have dinner at 6 PM, but they only offered us a table at 8 PM. We prefer not to eat late and dislike artificial restrictions. Their promise of customer convenience fell short. On a positive note, the river views are stunning.

We enjoyed soothing piano music at the start and had a table with an amazing river view. The food was excellent. However, the service was disappointing. Despite requesting a pause between our starter and main course, the main dishes arrived almost immediately, reminiscent of fast food. In a fine dining experience, a brief interval between courses is expected, even without requesting it. It felt as though the staff was rushing to clear the tables, which led me to deduct two stars for service.
