Supermac's - Killarney

6 staff 4 customers max n the ordering was slow food was slow! Finally got it and burgers were dry crispy n disgusting was more mayonnaise on my cheese garlic chips than there were chips. took ages 4someone 2take my complaint everyone hid out the back while Pure joke.

I ordered one chicken breast and chips for my wife, while I wanted the burger shown in the picture. My wife ended up receiving three large chicken breasts, and I only received a single burger for 28 euros. When I requested a receipt, the server was unable to provide one. Additionally, the chips were very hard.

Today's meal was not up to par. The veggie burger was cold, messy, and undercooked. The garlic bread was greasy, soggy, and also cold. The chips and ice cream were decent.

I have always enjoyed going to Supermac's for their delicious and crispy chicken meals. However, my recent experience at the new Supermac's restaurant in Killarney was disappointing. The chicken seemed overcooked and dry, and the chips were soft and lacking in flavor. Even the chicken sandwich was not up to par compared to the meals at the old location. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the quality of the food was not up to Supermac's usual standards. I hope that things will improve in the future.

There was nothing positive about this experience . It started with the table being filthy . Than we had at least a 25 min wait for our fast food, however the worst was yet to come. As the wait was so long the chips were not hot . Than we found a hair in the one of the burgers and brought it to the staff's attention , who made light of it and handed out a different burger instead , which was not even the same type of burger . We did not even hey an apology. One of our group was all night puking, but I couldn't say for definite if it was the food we got but I suspect it was. I messaged Supermax twice and got no reply . I only got a reply when I eventually had to ring them . This reply was also less than satisfactory from Brian in the head office . This was appalling food and service I will not be returning.
