The Powers John’s Lane Distillery was renowned for its Pot Still Irish whiskeys, bursting with flavour and character, made famous by one of Ireland’s most popular brands, Powers Gold Label. The John’s Lane Release, the first expression of a Powers Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, celebrates the origin of the Powers whiskey tradition by offering a glimpse of the whiskey style that made Powers famous. Crafted from a Pot Still distillate true to the original John’s Lane style, this whiskey has been matured for at least 12 years, primarily in first-fill American bourbon casks, with a small portion aged in Oloroso sherry butts. The result is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey of outstanding flavour and complexity, serving as a perfect tribute to the spiritual home of one of Ireland’s most beloved whiskeys.

This is the best bar in Killarney for live music. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and you can always expect a warm welcome. Follow the locals' lead and check it out!
The drinks are pricey, especially considering the lack of a toilet seat in the women's restroom.
This is a great spot for enjoying music and hosting a private event on the upper level.
Friends of our told us about a musician couple that had seen and they were playing that night at Carroll's Bar. I don't think they offer food here. Atmosphere is typical Irish Pub, but is definitely showing some wear and tear. We didn't mind because we came for the music. This was the best Irish Music experience on our whole visit to Ireland. Definitely enjoyed it!
I dropped a glass and asked for a brush only for Thomas to refuse me doing it myself. Excellent service.
