Great hotel rooms are fine food is excellent but most important the staff are outstanding obviously trained to star standards and are extremely costumer friendly and will help you any way they looking forward to our next visit
The bedrooms are lovely. Spotless, the only reason I'm giving a four is because the breakfast room is so outdated to my standards. Americans may like it, but so for me. Apart from that, great location. Staff very friendly.
The manager, Neil, possesses the patience of a saint. I had a wonderful time there!
Quiet busy on our night there, so a bit of noise outside on corridor
