What User doesn't like about German Coffee Shop:
Very poor experience. Waited for ages then after watching food and drinks being taken out by people ordering after us asked and then got Bavarian iced coffees that were horid. Waterery and ice cream had ice chunks rather than creamy. View all feedback.
I can only re-iterate the words of Madonna O! Like her, we were ready for a break on our trip and were so surprised to see the lovely décor and feel the relaxing atmosphere in this café. The coffee was good and my husband enjoyed...his German hot dog. They did not have gluten free bread, but Thomas, the host, was happy to make me a BLT using my own bread. He charged $4.50 for this- a fraction of what I normally have to pay anywhere else! It is lovely to have such a welcoming spot to sit for a while and come away feeling so refreshed.
During a stop in a small town, we decided to take a break at a German Cafe. We ordered coffee and attempted to order a Bavarian hot dog, but they were out of hot dog rolls. When I asked for it without the roll, I was informed they only had French Dijon mustard, so I passed. The coffee was old and tasteless, resembling swamp water. Overall, there was nothing German about this place.

Stop here for a coffee break, NOW CALLED JULIES CAFE . Sweet Café . We ordered 2x coconut. Bad mistake, coffee very bitter and hot and not drinkable. After we paid $13.20 for this ****, we threw her out. I wouldn't recommend stopping, going by and getting a coffee.
