Raisin' Smoke Bbq Catering - Kilgore

We have dined at Raisin' Smoke numerous times, and based on those experiences, we decided to have Steven cater a party for about 40 to 45 guests. Everything was fantastic, and our guests couldn't stop praising the food. I have a feeling he will gain some new customers after Saturday's event. Food: 5/5

Today is the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. I picked up half a brisket at 1:00 PM, and let me tell you, it was incredible! The amount of fat on top kept it perfectly moist. I couldn't get enough of this tender, flavorful, mouthwatering delight! Now I'm already looking forward to my next family gathering when I'll be ordering whole smoked chickens from these guys!

I passed by this restaurant on my way to Longview from Chandler and finally decided to stop by on Saturday. Despite the pouring rain, they were still serving customers. I tried the pulled pork sandwich with chips and a Kool-Aid pickle, and it was AMAZING! The portions are huge—I had enough to make another sandwich. The staff member was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions, smiled, and wished me a great day and safe travels. I'm definitely coming back this week to try some sides! Don’t miss out on this place; pull in and enjoy some GREAT EATS!

The BBQ here is excellent! The owner is incredibly friendly, and the food is exceptional. I would rate it a perfect 5/5!
