It 's getting GOOD again!!. First of Rhonda. How do you know this guy is a widower and a weekly customer? It 's too tough honey...and the manager just walked out and told him tough luck, not my problem? Funny how you know so much about the internal working of the restaraunt, you sound like a disgruntled employer that got their butt fired! Anyways, on to more important business. I 've been back twice in the last week... View all feedback.
I used to take my Mom here in the late 90's and she loved it. But recently we had some family visit from out of state and it was so much fun. We went about 6:30 in the evening on a Saturday night after Christmas and it was a wonderful experience. My cousin was taking pictures and videos while the rolls were being thrown. We had all the food we could possibly eat and much more. The staff were engaging and delightful! This wasn't just a meal, it was an event! So much fun and the food was great. It did not disappoint.
Love it. This used to be better than it is today. I love love love the fried green tomatoes. I remember when they used to walk around with them the same way they do the rolls. The rolls are realy yeasty and good.
Great down home country cookin'! The fried green tomatoes and fried okra were great and a pleasant surprise when we were first seated. (as well as the hot rolls and muffins). The mashed potatoes and country fried chicken were so good that they didn't even need the gravy! The great food and friendly service will definitely have me going back!
I love the type of food that they serve but the quality has gone down. I go for the fried green tomatoes. But they dont seem to bring them anymore
Decent family dining. Great breakfast option in East Spring.
