Potbelly - Kildeer

This is an amazing sandwich shop. Nice prices for the amount of food you get, but the bottled drinks are a bit expensive, but chips are a decent deal. Workers seemed really nice, and they make sure you get what you ordered. Lots of options and the food there is absolutely delicious. I'd definitely come back another time! Dietary restrictions: There are options for gluten-free. Parking: There are a number of spots since it is a small restaurant, so it is fairly easy to park and go inside. Kid-friendliness: It is all alcohol free, and has an outdoor seating area where kids can play a little bit. It's very kid friendly and nice. There is also a kids' menu section. The sizes for kids' meals are nicely portioned and have plenty of food to eat for them! I see kids in the Potbelly when I go in, and they seem to enjoy it. Wheelchair accessibility: There is lots of wheelchair accessibility including no stairs ty get inside, and there is a small button you can press for assistance that is by the cash register.

Had a problem last year with description of food being completely different that what I ordered, was supposed to get refunded, never did. This year, they claim they offer deliver. Not outside delivery. They don't. Will not order from them again.

Always love Potbelly but they screwed up my order today leaving the cheese off my wife's sandwich. Of course I had to hire an attorney to prove that I ordered it right and it wasn't my fault there was no cheddar. Made my lunch extremely stressful for no reason other than sloppy work. Thanks, Obama.

Stopped in to pick up a sandwich for someone. The staff was great. She loved the sandwich.

Yum. Blta is interesting. Not sure its supposed to have this much black pepper but it has alot and tastes delicious. I mistakenly got white pepper at home and it smells so bad. The black pepper on this blta is refreshing. So good... yummmm....And the price is ok. Sonic is the cheapest, but Potbellies isn't bad priced. The regular is an ok size. The biggs is a bit too expensive at about $14 with tax. At least its not panera which is like $17-$18. Parking: Sometimes have to park by Chipotle to make sure i don't hit anyone.
