I love this restaurant—the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. It's the best place I've found nearby for dining in, takeout, and delivery, consistently offering top quality. Even when they're busy, they make sure the food is served quickly. The staff were very friendly. Overall, the location is lovely, the quality is great, and I will definitely be returning. What Anonym dislikes about East Garden:
This chinese was my favourite. For the past few months they kept forgetting items we had ordered. In the past they dropped them up straight away. Tonight I've been waiting for an hour so I can eat my meal. I have rang times now and it hasn't been rectified. I will not be ordering from them again. View all feedback.
My food was ordered and delivered in just 25 minutes. Holly was delightful over the phone and very patient as I decided what to order. She helped me make a decision. Customer service was exceptional, 10/10!
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. I especially enjoyed the duck with savory sauce. I highly recommend this place.
The spicebag at this restaurant was off the charts. The only downside was that I had to make four trips to the bathroom the next morning.
