We finally made it to try this place as they have limited hours and we seem to miss it every time when we are on the island. It was a very ghetto set up in a swap meet. The chicken was placed in a cooler to warm, and the rice and corn was already pre scooped in the box. When we got there they weren't busy, so our food was not hot including the rice. Not real huli huli, the chicken had good taste, but was not marinated in fruit juices, like it is supposed to be

The place is located in an open market, as soon as you pass by you can smell the deliciousness. We had the combo chicken and ribs bd both were great!!
We were in Maui for two weeks and stopped here three times, once for a whole chicken, twice for full slabs of ribs. They were all delicious and tender. Good with sriracha and soy sauce they provide. We like to carry out here and take back to the condo for a tasty and relatively inexpensive meal. Stop here every year.
Authentic huli huli chicken with your choice of corn or rice. We ordered a whole chicken with 2 scoops of corn for our family of 4. If your family is super hungry order another 1/2 or whole chicken. FYI they moved bevy to McDonalds in South Kihei.
