I recently enjoyed a meal at Hawaiian Moons Cafe Juice Bar, where I tried the Portobello Panini. The sandwich was filled with an abundance of mushrooms, which I found to be quite satisfying. However, I felt that both the onions and mushrooms could have been cooked a bit longer on the grill to achieve a richer caramelization. The açai bowl (vegan) was just OK. Not bad, not amazing, but just fine.
This is a supermarket with a deli-style bar you can order at. They have smoothies, paninis, sandwiches, burgers. I had the vegan breakfast sandwich and it was one of the best vegan meals I’ve ever had. Smoothie was incredible too. expensive but not more than the rest of the island and standard pricing for the area. Will be coming back!
