Unfortunately, some customers arrived for reservations only to find the restaurant had been closed for two months, leaving them scrambling for other dinner options. However, those who were able to dine at 5 Palms had a wonderful experience. The service was described as top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff. The food was praised for being delicious, including dishes like filet and lobster, NY strip, coconut shrimp, Togarashi Spiced Yellow Fin Tuna, and the Catch of the Day. The stunning oceanfront views added to the overall dining experience. Many customers also raved about the amazing drinks, impeccable service, and the incredible sunset view. While the restaurant will be shutting down permanently, some are looking forward to seeing what new establishment may take its place. Overall, 5 Palms Restaurant is recommended for those visiting the Kihei area in Maui for its delicious food, excellent service, and breathtaking views.
Here for a happy hour and enjoyed an amazing sunset directly at the pool. I was recommended to get the short ribs, and I had a request for that.
I was pleasantly surprised by my meal in palms. I would hear that eating is not good, but it is. my cale salad was full of fresh fruit, goat cheese and mandel.
We wanted to visit palms because we heard that the views were phenomenal. palms has a happy hour that is in the rule of, but they have not.
