Really nice place to have a rest, clean, comfortable, all good. Except for the bathroom, it's quite small, so for people with above average sizing you should ask if there's any possible options. The stuff is helpful and polite, so this will be no problem at all View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Premier Rus:
This hotel really needs some good renovations, it's been almost 20 years (at least it feels like that) after anything was done to it's rooms. It smells and feels like Soviet union. And for god's sake, please do something to that ugly red carpet. Most likely, it was there since the hotel received it's first guest. This view from some rooms on high floors is just gorgeous, though. View all feedback.
I would give it 3 4 stars because the room was much better than expected based on the overall look of the hotel and how the entrance/lobby, which are seriously outdated. But as this was one of their remodelled rooms (don't stay in the old ones), it was a pleasant surprise especially the modern looking bathroom. However, it all went downhill from there. This hotel is very popular with large groups, often of sports teams, which means a packed reception at check in and even more packed breakfast buffet. And worst of all, loud party people in the middle of the night. And the walls are quite thin, so you will hear EVERYTHING (yes, not only loud TV but also the girlfriends they bring to the rooms). Sleep, you will not in this hotel Also, remember the nice, modern bathroom I mentioned at the beginning? The sink must have been clogged, as it remained full of water for several seconds even after the shortest use of the water faucet. So overall this hotel is not a bad choice for groups, especially as they have many conference rooms, and the rooms are cheaper than President next door, but they're not so good for couples or solo travelers (or for people who would like a full night of sleep). They definitely need to pay attention to some details.

Nice Hotel but seems to be a little bit off. I have stayed in other premier hotel but this was a bit different. Had a good time either ways

An old Soviet hotel in the center of Kiev. Good location, center, good view. Breakfasts are included. Suitable for a budget trip for 40-50 per day.
