Stopped by to buy a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Staff could listen to customer though they understand little English, But refused to listen. requested no cheese or butter they missed the butter part and while making it i noticed and tried to stop, but they didn’t want to listen as I already paid. And sauce too I mention no white sauce again refusal to listen. It’s forgiving if it’s a mistake but not refusal to listen or correct it when apraised. Had to leave the sandwich at the serving counter itself and picked only coffee and walked to next door sandwich shop. Unfortunately bad customer service. Coffee was good, so two star.

Beautiful little caffe in the middle of kyivs herz independence square, next to globus mall. warm, quite space to have a sandwich and a drink. my vegan sandwich was very delicious. although the personal was not sure whether they have a yeast-free brot and not.

Great place for a fast sandwich ... fresh products and brot

Neat little sandwich shop, open late. Quite similar to chains like Subway. Plus, it's really cheap, and you get good quality. They have English menus/etc, but the staff are not always willing to even look at the English menu. I've been several times, and sometimes staff can be rude, other times lovely. The food is equally hit and miss stick to simpler things, and you'll be fine. Drinks are good, coffee is really nice. Basically, this place is great if you want a cheap lunch, but don't expect anything special. Often lots of drunk people late at night, which can be fun but annoying and probably a reason for the (sometimes) grumpy staff.
