I ordered California sushi 24 pieces to take away. terrible presentation in deep cardboard. eating from it is unrealistically inconvenient. the rice is glued together with all the pieces and the box. the fish inside is warm. terrible first experience ordering from this restaurant! Finally, it happened, I visited JPN restaurant in Kielce recommended by many people. What is my opinion? For ramen tonkatsu I give 6 ! points, for service 5, for sushi and lemonade, unfortunately only 3. We also did not find kids menu for us important . Solid, really good restaurant but not as brilliant as we expected.

Sushi Ya deserves to be labeled as the best restaurant in Kielce, possibly even international or at least national recognition as one of the best sushi restaurants. The passion of the chefs here is immeasurable and their knowledge about the old Japanese techniques for tendering, codense aroma and the preservation of fish (ikejime is not only impressive, but provides a high-quality sushi/sashimi experience when I ever had in my life. I have eaten sushi in some fantastically rated places around the world from San Francisco to Los Angeles, to London, Birmingham and Beijing believe it or not, Sushi Ya is better than all!! The chefs even use different, specially bought rice from Japan for niggers and other dishes based on their taste profile, gluten content and texture, this is so wonderful. One of the best aspects of this restaurant is that the chefs are so happy to take time to talk to them and share their extremely high level of knowledge with you to make sure that you not only leave something new learned, but also extremely satisfied with their wonderful food. To drink, they have an excellent selection that we have tried every single one over 2 days and can test out that they are of the highest quality. Our friendly waitress also offered her knowledge of whom Sashimi would be best. Thank you. The fish here is from this world, they have such a great choice that we had to come here 2 days in a row to try everything. Everything from yellow tail to red to tuna belly and salmon was exquisite, delicate and the perfect temperature. In summary, the food, service, cooks and drinks are all 1st class. This restaurant is like a diamond on the floor in an OZ of gold people from Kielce go here and support this excellent restaurant and it is excellent staff!!
