Burger Co. - Feedback

When they first opened I was crazy hooked on their burgers as they are made with very good quality lean beef.. I would still rate them in the top 3 burger joints in Kielce. Lately though I had a couple of bad ones, the onion rings were just lumps of breadcrumbs with no onion at all and the burger pattie was very thin.. and very soggy chips. Breakfast order placed via pyszne.pl., order accepted, payment taken....and then few minutes later an email, cancellation etc....fair enough....the only problem is that the order contained three not at all sophisticated sandwiches....if you advertise on the take-away portal...get people to spend 20 minutes choosing from the menu, ordering, paying and then you can't make and deliver three plain sandwiches...perhaps yo...
