My husband and I moved into a flat near this bakery and had been meaning to try it for a while. After we went once, we were addicted and are now regular customers, standing along with what feels like half of the population of Kiel,...queuing out the door to get a mouthwateringly buttery croissant. My host of Airbnb recommended this place and I was not disappointed. Pleasant waiting staff. The croissants were indeed some of the best I ever had. And the coffee drink (Latte Macchiato) was excellent. A beautiful little park over the street. external and internal seat.
With a variety of sweet and savoury breads, this is the place to go if you are looking for genuine French flavors. The presentation is wonderful.
You love French lifestyle and food? So go to Rest. Enjoy the most delicious bread and sweet treats. Croissants, Coffee – you will not find a better place in Kiel than Rest. Promise!
Sehr gute französische Bäckerei, in der man auch sitzen und den guten Cafe au lait genießen kann. Bei guten Wetter gibt es auch Sitzplätze draußen.
In dieser Bäckerrei werden Französische Spezialitäten angeboten. Die Produkte sind immer frisch und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Die Preise sind höher als bei anderen Bäckern, aber dafür bekommt man auch individuelle Produkte für sein Geld. Für mich ist der Kaffee ein kleines Highlight.
