The hostel offers everything you need in one go: they have the food, the tour, the trips. The staff was really nice, especially one person in the reception that I didn't get the name unfortunately. Hi Coco team, I am very disappointed about the organization of the Overnight Lake tour booked for 2 people on the 9-10 of April. It is not at all the intimate and peaceful experience promised in the description: group of 12 people . In order to avoid any deceitful experience you should precise that the tour is a 60 people aka a 'big family ' tour . The 2500 baht price is supposed to be 8-12 people with a peculiar and personalized experience, our tour was mass tourism and we, sometimes, feel like cattle. Besides, 4 main pain points: i) overcrowded visit and lack of explanation from the guide, the cave tour was more Disneyland than a real tour as we were queuing everywhere. In addition night and morning Safari are really overindexed versus what we expect from a real Safari ii) lack of security during the full tour: as we were so many people there were not enough life jackets for everyone iii) again as the tour was overbooked there was not enough water bottle for everyone which is a major issue taken into account the heat there is. iv) the tour was lacking behind scheduling, making it less than 1 day on the lake (from 2pm Day 1 to 11am Day2) as before that it is just going into a grocery store (that is called local market in your description) and driving from Khao Sok to the dam. To conclude,for such large group I would recommend you to apply a discount as the experience is not reflecting the 'premium ' price paid for the tour: 2500 bahtc. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Really nice hostel with super attentiv and friendly staff. Well organized and top service. Thanks to Bang, she makes you feel beeing welcome with her all day long smile! Wether booking tours or transfers to other places, everything worked perfectly. The rooms have lots of space and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is nice and the location is just a 3min walk to the 'center '. There is an ATM as well as a small grocery store and a massage place next to it. Just the wet smell probably bc of the rainy season was not that nice. But all in all I can absolutely recommend Coco Hostel! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
