Environment: lighting my initial feeling was (in the okd about lighting btw) why the bright glowing lights inside? the mood would be improved so much with some... read more Environment: lighting my initial feeling was (in the okd about lighting btw) why the bright glowing lights inside? the mood would be improved so much with some warm orange lamps to create a cozy feeling. but when we sat outside on our table, there were candles that created a comforting glamour, I imagined the potential of the outside area with more tables and a sign that had more focused lights that did not reflect back into the sitting area. to summarize lighting, there are three areas, 1.inne to bright, cold white fluorescent lamps. 2. lower platform, closer to the road to bright, reflexion of lights. 3.middle area where we cozy and beautiful with candles (so I was happy) location it is near a big road, but we did not even notice it because the road is not busy. it might be nice to have some more plants to create a closed protected feeling. menu: since 2008 (when I became vegan) I was never with such an attractive menu anywhere. there are so many options, but the condensed simplicity of the layout on the large menu pages allowed me to take it easy. the menu also has a whole page for home made vegan cheese and I was amazed how good they tasted! the food: eating is an epic example for what is possible if people are motivated by passion. the quality and taste of everything we have ordered was absolutely amazing. the prices are also very affordable and this has ordered us more than usual! the staff: very friendly and friendly and very willing to help my partner who ordered two dishes specially made for them because they do not eat salt soy sauce.
