I ordered 2 items from the subway series. I received a call that the bread type for the sandwich was not available and then upon pick-up was told there were no meatballs for the hero. On a Friday of a holiday week-end. What the heck Management?? The bread incident was the second time and there will NOT be a third. I cancelled and went to the Blackburn Square location and received what we had wanted from the RG location. BLACKBURN SQUARW will get our business in the future.

The worst store ever three times I've ordered subs they have been out of. One Ingredient and they say they can't subtuit another meant I te acd or wouldn't reduce the price or the make it and don't even tell you they were out of something that's just bad business won't keep. Customer that way lost my business I'll drives 5 miles to sheezs

Took 25 minutes to get my sub,and the champ sub was disgusting!!! I'd give half a star if I could
