Despite the hectic atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly friendly everyone was at this location. I asked Leigh Ann, who was making subs that I was picking up for lunch, if it was possible to have the toppings on the side. I expected a bit of annoyance, like I often get at my local Sheetz when I make special requests, but she was absolutely sweet and said it was no problem. Not only did she put the toppings on the side, but she also separated each item into its own plastic container—far beyond what I anticipated, as I thought everything would just be thrown together in one bag. When I went to check out, the cashier—a young blond man named May or Mav—was equally friendly. I was so impressed by their kindness and excellent customer service that I texted myself their names to call the manager later and commend them. Since I’m in Keyser almost daily during the week, I’ll definitely be buying my gas and snacks at Sheetz from now on because of the outstanding staff!

Most of the time—about 95%—my visits are enjoyable, but the other 5% of the time they either forget simple items from my order, remove things from the menu, or are out of stock on several basic products. That said, the experience is usually excellent.
