The bread here is good, but I find it increasingly expensive. After all, it's just sugar and flour. I wouldn't mind driving 15 miles to a place that offers quality bread at a more reasonable price.
I was thrilled to stop by this bakery! Even though the door said it opened at 6:00 AM and it was only 5:45 AM, the owner kindly opened the door for me and let me in. I asked for one of each item he had just pulled out of the oven, and he quickly bagged them up for me. To my surprise, it only came to $13.64! I got plenty of delicious sweet bread at such a low price. My family and I loved enjoying this sweet bread with our morning coffee. I'll definitely be returning for more!
What a fantastic little hidden gem! If you’re not careful, you might miss it as it feels like an extension of the grocery store next door. The bread here is outstanding and is baked fresh daily—it's always sweet and spongy. It seems to be a family-run establishment, and I’ve encountered two very friendly ladies and a gentleman who appears to be the dad and the baker. They truly care about their customers; they ask everyone to sanitize their hands at the entrance, to use only one pair of tongs and a tray, and when it’s time to pay, they take the cash and disinfect it before returning it to circulation. I love this place, and I’m officially a loyal customer now. Oh, and just a heads up—it's cash only!
