We ordered mango mojito and fries. Mango mojito was nice. But the servers were rude. When we get the table and server didn’t ask for water and she brings water with ice herself and we asked for water no ice she went back n throw all the cups in garbage in-front of us. She was rude.

We had an amazing experience at Willie T’s in Key West, and it was all thanks to our incredible waitress, Maria. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of like we were regulars even though it was our first time there. Maria was warm, friendly, and completely on top of everything. Our drinks never went empty, our food came out fast and exactly as we ordered, and she even gave us some awesome local tips and recommendations for other spots to check out in the area. She had the perfect balance of being attentive without ever hovering just genuinely great service with a great attitude. If you're visiting Willie T’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Maria.
