This restaurant is the worst. They took away our drinks before we finished them, even though our belongings were still on the table and they were standing just meters away. When we confronted them, they shrugged it off as just doing their job. I've never experienced such rude service. We tried to complain to the employee who took our drinks, but they accused us instead. Great bar. Took the cocktail class. Instructor was very knowledgeable and drinks were tasty.
Had two for one coupons for drinks. Bartender said it was only a list of specialty expensive drinks included. Then she proceeded to charge us full price. Hate when bartenders rip you off just because you’re a tourist. I’ll stick to the many other good bars in Key West
WARNING! If your total is over $10, 18% gratuity will be included in your total, regardless of how good/bad the service and drinks are.$8 for a “key lime pie shot” that isn’t even filled up to the top?I’ve never been to a bar that had hidden fine print.
Great experience here and was one of the best bar stops during our trip. I had the Zombie cocktail and my wife had the Sweetwater 420 beer. Both were excellent and the bartender was very friendly and attentive. We will be stopping in again before our vacation is over. Be aware that the drinks are pre-mixed and come from a tap but the finishing touches are done by the bartender (adding the floater, lighting the Zombie adding cinnamon). Not an authentic tiki bar but was close enough and we enjoyed the experience emmensely.
