Subway - Key West

I was this time the only one in the family who got a tuna sandwich and later felt so sick, and the service was not good ursache that the girl worked there alone and it showed in her attitude that she was not happy about it. it is not the customer's fault that they work alone to time, so do to be happy and treat the customers how they want to be treated when they become the customer somewhere.

Eating was good, but the girl that had made sandwich was very rude. the half of the time she did her schoolwork/homework at work and when she asks something where she has to get up, she gives them medium faces. the guy on the register overloaded me and he didn't know how to make a refund. but nice enough to find out after a few call to the manager. they need training for customer service.

Regular customer at this store. Bought a sub last week,bit into it and was a large piece of serrated plastic in my sub. Cut my mouth. Took it back to complain and young employee called me a liar and insisted it wasn't from there. So rude . Manager was very helpful and nice and refunded my order. Will never go back

I visited with my boyfriend and he ordered the chicken breast. It was not warm already and the sandwich artist didn't warm it up. The chicken was put on the sandwich then toasted. The artist put the wrong sauce on and had to remove the vegetables to put different sauce on. The sandwich was disgusting, as the chicken was cold. I get it. It was close to closing time, but there's still standards. We came here hoping for a incident free meal, as we had just been another place that wasn't the greatest. Instead, we received more disappointment.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Walked in at 9:35pm. They don’t close till 10pm. I stood there for a couple minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back. The guy that was working tonight (2/21) finally comes out, asked what I’d like, then says “hold on I have to run to the bathroom. I’m the only one here.” Ok... so I wait another couple minutes and finally he comes back (not even sore he washed his hands). He then goes to turn on the oven to toast the sandwich and turns and says “it’s just going to be a few more minutes for it to heat up” at that point I finally just turn around and walk out. Horrible! Take it from a local, don’t go here!
