We had an excellent meal (best on our Key West vacation, drinks were well done and our server was fabulous (thanks, Sunshine! Only a small problem that was treated immediately and professionally, so I count it in the positive column. Outback is a familiar choice with consistent experiences. The restaurant was clean and our server Dean was exceptional, making us want to return just for his service. The Bloomin' Onion was also delicious.

Initially, Kyra was extremely impolite when I called, even though she is a manager. This indicates that the restaurant is likely understaffed. In person, the service has always been slow whenever I have visited.
Good food, friendly staff, bit expensive, clean interior and restrooms. Free parking, easy access from road. Would recommend this place.
Thank you Jessica!!!!!!!!! Excellent team work! Food came out hot and perfect. Please be understanding the whole country is short staffed. The drinks are amazing thank you certainly will be back with my granddaughter.
