Great location and awesome setting. Neil the bar tender is fabulous. However we made the mistake of going when Alex was working. He was rude, condescending and miserable! He became very angry when our group of locals wanted cocktails and not beer or wine. He stated I hate making cocktails and I dont need your tips well not to worry you have lost the business of a group that came in every week. Its to bad one bad egg... View all feedback.

The people at Orchid Key Inn are simply the best and do everything possible to ensure you have a great stay. We just returned from our 2nd visit at Orchid Key Inn and they haven't missed a beat. Reception, (Kat and Rodolpho) were so kind and treated us so well. Jana in the quaint restaurant is wonderful and thoughtful. Alex in the bar is a hoot. The rooms are immaculate and location if perfect. Wonderful time again and we can't wait to return soon.
5 days 4 nights. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel. From front desk to bar to the amenities they offer everything was there if you wanted it. Great pool, great housekeeping. Good location.
Clean, has the best staff, the location is quiet and close to everything.
Love it! Just returned from our five day stay. I am used to larger resorts and was hesitant because it's small in comparison. It's perfect. It is absolutely spotless and the staff work tirelessly to clean the facility and to ensure the guest are happy. The pool and the bar were perfect. The location Cannot be beat! A short walk to everything you need. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go again!
