There’s a charming little koi pond and waterfall in the back to enjoy while you dine. Inside, there’s a wide variety of key lime sauces, dressings, desserts, and more—everything you can imagine!

I tried the chocolate-dipped Key lime pie, while my wife enjoyed a scoop of the Key lime ice cream. Both were delightful treats on a hot afternoon in Key West. They have a wide variety of Key lime-inspired delicacies, making it easy to spend an hour exploring their offerings. There’s also a lovely garden in the courtyard where you can sit at the tables on the veranda, enjoying the refreshing breeze from the ceiling fan.

I used my resources to help me find the best Key Lime pie in Key West and Yelp seems to think that Kermit 's Key Lime pie is the best. When I walked into the store of Kermit 's Key Lime pie and informed them that I had never had Key Lime pie before, both sales attendants were SHOCKED! I said that I had heard this was the place to get the best Key Lime pie. Well, strangely enough, they both quickly agreed! So, I ordered my single slice of Key Lime pie. While paying for it the attendants told me they had garden seating behind the store. The seating is very nice, but it is outdoor seating, so it is at the mercy of the weather currently being enjoyed by Key West. Fortunately for me, I was at the store right about sunset, so I just had to survive the humidity. Now, about the pie. As I 've said, this was my first ever slice. So, I have nothing to compare it to. Having said that, I was very pleased with my first slice of Key Lime pie a la Kermit 's Key West Key Lime pie shop. It was creamy, light, with just a touch of tang. The graham cracker crust was delightful. I am very pleased with this pie and will be using it to compare all other key lime pies in my future.

I was expecting some s... read more A very lovely place to try the key west special key lime pie. I personally like “not too sweet” dessert. And this one fit my sweet level. I was expecting some sugar bomb but it turned out fine. The store has a lot of stuff to get, a lot more than just pie. The backyard has a really sweet dining area. They also have some koi in there little zen garden. They are really beautiful. I can feel the store is full of story and the owner put some serious time decorating it.

We loved it here and was super excited that we got to meet Kermit himself. He was super cool with us taking a photo with him. The key lime candy is the best. The key lime pie is very tart but I like that. We will definitely be back.
