we enjoy our whole meal. The season is perfect. burns with taste. best grouper and pasta in key west.
Been here many times but this was the first time we were seated by a window with a view of the marina and I was so happy about that. Our waiter Jared was great. I do high end white glove service at my job and being served by Jared made my heart smile as he was such a good waiter. Helped us pick a great bottle of wine. We had to send back the beef appetizer. We thought it was tar tar but itâs not. Itâs cold, sliced beef thatâs cooked raw. It was inedible to us. So we sent it back and got the mussels and omg. The mussel broth is the best mussel broth we have ever tasted on planet earth. It should be bottled and sold in the store. Just like thereâs key lime pie stores in key west, there should be Bel Mare broth sold. Itâs that good. I got the bolognese which I love. It has cream in it (so itâs not very tomatoey). And it is very herby. I forget the name of the spice used right now but you can taste itâs pungent flavor. Love the Cesar salad. Love the bread with the special butter. Just love this place overall. Canât wait to go back.
Darren was fantastic! Enthusiastic and very accommodating after learning of our Celiac guest. Food was delicious! Service impeccable! Acoustics not great but a beautiful room and view.
We dined here last night and had the most amazing experience. We were seated on one of the two private patios, where we had our own intimate dinner with an incredible view of the marina. We ordered a Caesar salad and tomato caprese salad to start, followed by pork osso bucco and veal bolognese for dinner, all of which were served hot and tasted delicious. I had a Hugo cocktail with dinner which combines St. Germain and Prosecco, and my husband raved about the Smoked Godfather. He said it was one of the best cocktails he ever had. I would highly recommend for a nice dinner in Key West.
