Absolutely worst experience ever. I’ve worked in the industry for many years and and usually very lenient with service since it can be hard if it’s busy) however I can’t even begin to describe how terrible this place is. The wait staff were terrible and ignored us for 45 minutes before getting us waters. The only thing that saved us from walking out was the timing of the sushi. Sushi was sub par but we were starving and just needed something. Got our drinks (1 beer bottle of sake) after all food came out. The fried rice for a dinner entree came out with dessert (the waiter definitely forgot about it even though we had to remind him x3 times). Bill was $100 for the worst experience ever. I never tip less than 20% but this service definitely earned 0%. We also saw the waiter going in out to the parking lot often.. very strange sketch. Never again

Our dining experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there were only two other tables occupied, besides ours. There were two waiters and two sushi chefs working that night. The sushi chefs were exceptional and really made our night better. However, we noticed that several customers walked out due to the lack of service. The restaurant was not busy at all, but the servers seemed to be unorganized and inattentive. It appeared as though they were not fully present and there were moments when they seemed to be on some kind of substance. We witnessed a customer's sushi order sitting on the counter for over 15 minutes before being brought to the table. When the customer pointed it out, one of the waiters defended themselves by saying they were understaffed and busy, even though there were only four small tables to attend to. The sushi chefs even had to step in and help remind the servers of their responsibilities. By the end of our meal, we made the decision not to tip the server and instead left a generous tip for the sushi chefs who truly deserved it. We strongly believe that the wait staff should undergo drug testing as the service we received was completely unacceptable.

Fabulous!! I ordered several appetizers all perfectly cooked and seasoned , the underrated star would have to be the aged tofu! That combination with the sauce is amazing! And a flavor combo I have not had before! , my husband had the Raman , not his favorite but an interesting take on it but he then had the chicken katsu and fried rice which was absolutely perfect! The service staff was very nice and attentive! We will definitely be back!

Sushi is good and service was good. Only issue with me is that the owners seem greedy. Portions are TINY and the prices are LARGER. There is plenty of normally priced sushi places around here that serve typical portions. This place is just price gouging and milking tourists wallets.

The food was good. The prices were high. I did not like having to use my phone to order because they didn't have actual menus. Once everyone's phones were out it killed the conversation and the mood. Not everyone's phone gets great reception in a small dinner in key largo.

Horrible!! I used to go there very often, but last time it was a disgrace. I called to order food leaving from Miami, they told me it will be ready in 20 minutes, when si got there (40 minutes after), they still didn?t do anything (literally). I had towait another 20 minutes. The rice was just rice, nothing in there. I think I?m not going to order it again.

Hair in food and server must have quit or left without saying anything so after an hr of sitting and waiting on someone the manager took out his frustration on us. Charged us full price and took the hairy food and said it was the server fault and nothis. The bad part was we were THE ONLY TABLE!!!! Never eat here. I was always told Never eat in an empty restaurant!!!! Neverhappen again

Meals were small and tasteless. Fried rice with Steak, Shrimp and Chicken all were rice heavy with almost no meat. All meat s overcooked. No other vegetables or eggs in fried rice. I will not go back the only reason I gave it 2 stars were it's priceswere relatively low. Stay away.

I just had the worst experience in a restaurant that I have ever had. First they said they were out of ice and the manager was out picking up ice. We never got any ice after asking for it more than 3 times. Then I ordered a bottle of wine. When theybrought it to the table she put it in the bucket with no ice and never opened it. I went ahead and opened my self and realizedit was not what I ordered. Maybe my fought but every restaurant I have been to they show you the bottle and ask if that isok. We ordered a few appetizers and after finishing them they never picked up the plates to make room for the main course. Myplate was dirty and had no chop sticks. Ask for new but never got. I went to the next table and got them myself. There was onlyone other table there so we should have had no problem serving us. When I received the bill they charged me $75.00 for a bottlethat was only $25.00. I asked to talk with the manager and was told he was busy. I would say the staff needs a lot of trainingbut when the manager does not care there is no hope for this team!!!

I was so good, everything was fresh and delicious. I had a couple of the sushi and I would recommend the dragon for people who aren't big raw meat. It was by far the best one. This place in great you should try it.
