What User doesn't like about Doc's Diner:
The diner was budget friendly and the food portions were fairly large. The food itself was just okay. I had the half portion biscuit and gravy with eggs and bacon. My scrambled eggs had a strange chewy texture. The gravy and biscuit were room temperature. Hearty Breakfast!. The homemade banana bread is delicious! The portions were both large and very tasty. The service was lightning fast. I order the huevos rancheros, and I would go back again and probably order the same thing. Great place with local feel and friendly service.
Good breakfast location;lots of choices, large portions. Reasonable prices. Fast efficient friendly service. Can get very busy. Very accommodating to special orders. Eggs cooked perfectly as ordered;creamy grits (not dry or lumpy! , sausage patties well done,etc
That Tower Looks Fruity. We shared a Tower breakfast 3 slices of French toast with blueberries, banana, and strawberries between layers and a side of bacon. It was more than large enough for the two of us...and very good. Service was prompt and pleasant even though the place was busy. Recommend.
Awesome food! Generous portions, courtesy and friendly service, and the pancakes are perfect for breakfast or lunch! If I head to Key West again, I will be back!
Decent food, they could stand to watch a few episodes of Restaurant Impossible or Kitchen Nightmares for some cleaning tips. Ceiling fans and vents had visible dust on them. Stools were disgusting but yet the rest of the place seemed clean (but I'm glad I didn't order a drink with ice in it, my gut tells me the ice machine hasn't been cleaned in ages). Could use a design update as well. Had breakfast and the eggs were cooked perfectly, sausage was tasty too despite lack of even a hint of salt. Prices were very reasonable, but for some reason the tab was not totaled which resulted in a poor tip for the server since I don't do math in my head well. Server was professional and was friendly and fast. Will probably go back.
