She was happy/patient to help an older couple to order on the boards. A genuinely nice person she is a credit to her role....and deserves a mention. Food was normal McD fare hot and fresh

We ordered our foo... read more We were driving down the A14 and decided to get something to eat from here. We went through the drive though which was quiet when we arrived. We ordered our food which we had double sausage and egg mcmuffin meals. This was ok, your usual McDonalds quality. I had a tea which was ok. It didn't take too long between ordering and getting the food. If you want sauce it is 10p which they have put a sign in the window to advise this (not sure whether this is just for breakfast they charge for the sauce or whether it is a blanket 10p all day everyday regardless), if you want free sauce you can just walk in and get tomato and bbq sauce from the dispenser. Overall the food was ok, the car park seemed relatively clean. The staff seemed friendly.

Now to millionaire doughtnut it was so s... read more Feeling poorly thought i'd save myself cooking so ordered a MC Crispy, took first bite so overcooked it broke my tooth. Now to millionaire doughtnut it was so stale it went in the bin. To say my food was discusting is an under statment. Wont be visiting Rothwell branch again. So its dentist for me £69 for a unedible meal. Manager on the 4 May needs to monitor food is edible before passing on to customers.

Rubbish and food all over the floor, and as I pushed my tray of rubbish into the bin it went all over the floor as the bin was overflowing. Staff were standing about chatting and looking at phones, Drive Thru appeared to be well attended but the retauarant needed a lot of work...!
