"The registers are constantly experiencing technical difficulties, requiring cash payments only. Orders cannot be placed through the drive-thru, forcing customers to enter the lobby. Additionally, frosties are unavailable this weekend. These are direct quotes from the staff, whom I have heard repeat these issues multiple times. On top of these issues, I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes while staff members were outside smoking marijuana, causing the smell to infiltrate my car. It is unclear who owns this location, but the management is lacking and falls short compared to other fast food establishments."
The drivethru was extremely slow, with almost a 30-minute wait, and the food was cold! It has been 4 years since my last review and the service at this location is the worst. They often only accept cash. I have decided to stop going to this location because I have had trouble getting service 9 out of 10 times.
I noticed that a male staff member was preparing food with a single cigarette hanging from his left ear. This was not very appealing and could potentially impact the quality of the food.
Thank you Earl the manager for an amazing experience. I came in for lunch during work. They were short staffed , but they all were working hard. I had forgotten my wallet and tried to pay by phone but their card reader was malfunctioning. Considering I had no other way to pay, they still were able to help me out get me some lunch. The managers were apologetic and extremely generous. If I'm in the area I will 100 percent go back. Thank you for the hot lunch and absolutely amazing service.
