I love the Spicy Italian mini subs at this restaurant. The cookies are also delicious and always taste fresh. The customer service at this location is great. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures because I devoured my sandwiches.
This subway restaurant is definitely my favorite in the area. I visit almost every day and I have to say that their food is always delicious. The staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking out this location.
So I'm very upset about my recent visit to this subway. I placed an online order for 6 footlong subs an paid 47.00 the order said it had been confirmed gave me a time to pick up an evensubmitted that my order was ready only to wait outside for nobody to come out finally go inside two employees were yelling at each other an about their jobs. After they finished their arguing they said oh we don't have your order an you'll have to call costumer service to get your money back well that was Friday and still have not been contacted by subway nor received my money back an had to repay for our food which is completely ridiculous an they should've made the order since I had proff of purchase.. not to mention they called me saying my order was ready to pick up now I'm not sure if I received this call at later day or time because I just got this voicemail today. Oh an to make it even better their costumer service number is s only for digital concerns/ complaints so you can't even speak to anyone. This is not how you handle situation like this an I'm still out almost 50.00 that I don't have right now because we've all been sick with covid so I'd appreciate someone to get back to me about this an refund my money back.
I went to this restaurant and used a coupon that was sent to me, only to find out after my meal that they do not accept those coupons. It was a disappointing experience, and I ended up having to pay $10 more than expected. This incident has turned me off from ever returning to this restaurant and has also affected my perception of Subway as a whole. I would not recommend dining here. If you do decide to eat at Subway, make sure to visit a different location to avoid any similar issues.
