I showed up twenty minutes to close, surprised there is a Subway open until 10pm. I placed my 3 sub order and more people entered behind me. The lone worker at... read more I showed up twenty minutes to close, surprised there is a Subway open until 10pm. I placed my 3 sub order and more people entered behind me. The lone worker at the counter didn't complain, sigh, nothing. He is a great example of an employee (312 on receipt) providing excellent customer service. I am impressed and will use this location going forward.

Anyway, the lovely girl with thick,... read more The beautiful brunette or black-haired girl? Onyx? I really should have asked for her name. But that might have been weird. Anyway, the lovely girl with thick, wavy, dark hair who served me around 7:00 on 9/9 is truly an asset to the restaurant and deserves a raise. Since moving from Florida to this unfamiliar place called Ohio (how do you even get a tan in September??), I've been feeling a bit down, but she was so kind and sincere, which made my otherwise disappointing birthday a bit better. She even showed a random act of kindness to the customer after me, and as someone with experience managing a full-service restaurant and being an empath, I could see she has a naturally good spirit. As a published author and podcast host who studies people (not in a creepy way, even if my podcast is called The Creepy Crawl Podcast...huh), I appreciate genuine and caring individuals like her.

There was a small... read more I visited this restaurant for lunch and my order was a bit complicated. Tasha and her manager took really good care of me and were very kind. There was a small problem with the register, but they resolved it quickly and were fantastic! Their customer service was excellent, I would definitely recommend this location!
