Hot Head Burritos - Kettering

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I accidentally left my wallet behind, but fortunately, someone found it and returned it. When I called to check if it had been turned in, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t express how relieved I was! Although I didn’t have much money on me, I left a tip to show my gratitude. I will definitely return to this restaurant and recommend it to my family and friends. I also want to extend my thanks to the customer who found my wallet.

The young woman with glasses and fading red hair was very rude. Not only was she disrespectful to customers, but she also treated her coworkers poorly. She doesn't seem suited for a customer service role. On a positive note, the child with dark curly hair was fantastic!

I was really impressed by how efficiently the staff handled my meal request while also managing a single order that included about six bowls. Despite being quite busy and having some dishes running low, the team remained attentive and friendly. The restaurant on Wilmington is also really nice, and the food is great.

Great location. Fresh food always, staff is always nice.
