Looking for a restaurant with a beer garden, we decided to visit the Golden Lamb and weren 't disappointed. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The menu has something for everyone, offering good, traditional German food at fair prices. The kitchen staff are excellent cooks. For example, the schnitzel is still pounded before being breaded, the fried potatoes are made from real potatoes (not pre-packaged potatoes wrapped in plastic) and cooked in a pan with delicious spices, and the rump steak is tender and cooked exactly as requested... these are just a few examples. The rest of the food was also excellent. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. We 'll definitely be back to the Golden Lamb.

Rose Wine Spritzer 0.4 L €6.10 1 Bottle Odenwald GOURMET Classic Mineral Water 0.7 L €6.40 The kitchen doesn't know the difference between medium and medium-well. The service, very friendly, has to explain the differences to the kitchen. SAD, considering the price of a rump steak with braised onions (countable individually) is around €30.00 with a side order (fries) without salad. The fries were swimming in gravy, were overcooked, and tasted FISHY. A no-go. No pictures taken, otherwise the camera might have broken. Prices on the internet are very outdated. No website maintenance.
