In our society,... read more During both visits, I witnessed verbal and non-verbal mistreatment of the staff, particularly from the male supervisor toward a female employee. In our society, both men and women are equal, and we should not tolerate bullying; instead, we should teach and guide one another with kindness. The employee who was being mistreated was doing nothing wrong at all; in fact, the supervisor, who took over her responsibilities, ended up messing up my sub. If I decide to return in the future, I will be compelled to report this kind of behavior to the Ministry of Labour. Additionally, my subs were handled by multiple staff members who never changed their gloves between tasks. I choose Mr. Sub over other options because I value care and quality, but what I experienced was far from that. I will also be reaching out to the head office because my experience was nothing short of dreadful!

It’s standard for employees to assist customers with problems, but these workers showed no interest in helping me. Instead, they ignored my concerns and even resorted to name-calling. One employee asked, "Don't you know how to read?" Such a disrespectful remark! If I selected the correct link for the free sub, it’s not a matter of not being able to read—it was clearly an issue with their app. Rather than addressing the problem, all three employees abandoned the customers they were serving to rally against me, which felt like bullying. This was, without doubt, the worst customer service experience of my life—no exaggeration. I mentioned that I knew others had faced the same issue today, and they outright lied, claiming I was the only one. I know that's not true. What I went through was a complete misrepresentation of their BOGO offer, followed by a staff that acted unprofessionally. In the end, I didn’t receive my free sub. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!
